When booking your reservations, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Be responsible for the accuracy of your reservation and understand the service you schedule is the service we will plan to deliver. Changes at the time of arrival cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance or you may lose your internet booking privileges;
  3. Your reservation confirmation number will show on the screen and will be emailed to the address you gave us.  Be sure to put info@riversongspa.com on your email safe list or you may not receive the confirmation email and tell us if your email address changes.
  4. Disable your Pop-Up-Blocker for our internet booking site
  5. If you need your appointment quickly, within the next three hours, don't book it on-line, call Riversong right away!
  6. If your reservation is not a request for a specific service provider, we reserve the right to move your reservation to another service provider within the same level.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel your internet scheduling privileges for failure to abide by our Internet Booking Agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am sure you provide the services I want to book, but I can't find them?
A: There are some services that require special attention when scheduling appointments, so they cannot be scheduled online. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service is unavailable. Call us at either location and we can assist you.

Q:  Can I schedule appointments for someone else, like my Mother, Daughter or Spouse? 
A:  Yes, if they have their own internet ID and password, you can with their permission. If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, you must use their ID number and password.  They will be responsible for keeping the appointment. Guests should be careful about who they share their information with.

Q:  Why can't I see my appointments at the other Riversong location?
A:  Each appointment book and related information is location specific. Be sure you are booking at the correct spa, either Jefferson City or Columbia!

Q:  I have forgotten my password!
A:  You may call or email Riversong (info@riversongspa.com) and request that your password be reset. We will email you when this has been done along with a temporary password.
