To use our on-line appointment book you must have a client ID number and password!!! If you do not have a client ID number and password:
1. You must have an established history with Riversong to use our on-line booking system. If you have never visited us before, make your first appointment by calling Riversong Spa at (573) 636-9796. Express interest in internet booking when you keep that first appointment.
2. Once you have a history with us, visit Riversong to complete and sign our Internet Booking Agreement. We will give you a client ID number and a password that you will use to access our online booking system. You are now ready to get started!!!
To use our on-line appointment book you must
- …be responsible for the accuracy of your appointment booking and understand the service you schedule is the service we will plan to deliver. Changes at the time of arrival cannot be guaranteed. If you are unsure of what to book then call us at (573) 636-9796 or email us at info@riversongspa.com;
- …be on time for your appointment(s);
- …be aware that cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance or you may lose your internet booking privileges;
- …notify Riversong if your e-mail address changes;
- …Your appointment confirmation number will show on the screen and will be emailed to the address you gave us. Be sure to put info@riversongspa.com on your email safe list or you may not receive the confirmation email and tell us if your email address changes.
- …Disable your Pop-Up-Blocker for our internet booking site;
- …we reserve the right to cancel your internet scheduling privileges for failure to abide by our Internet Booking Agreement; and,

Q: How do I get started?
A: Go to our spa, complete and sign our Internet Booking Agreement. We will give you a client number and a password that you will use to access our online booking system.
Q: Can I change my password?
A: Yes. Once you sign in, go to the “Change My Info” tab. From there you can create a new password and save it. You can also update your contact information in this screen.
Q: What if I've never been to Riversong but want to book an appointment on-line?
A: Since we must have an established history with you, make your first appointment by calling the spa at (573) 636-9796. Express interest in internet booking when you keep that first appointment
Q: How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?
A: The system will allow you to book a year into the future. Since both staff and your schedule can change over time, we encourage you to keep track of your distant appointments.
Q: What if I change my mind after I schedule the appointment?
A: Although you may book appointments through the online system, you must contact the spa by phone or in person to cancel or change an existing appointment. Please call us at (573) 636-9796 to change or cancel your appointment. Call as soon as you realize you need to make a change!
Q: I am sure you provide the services I want to book, but I can’t find them?
A: There are some services that require special attention when scheduling appointments, so they cannot be scheduled online. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service is unavailable. Call us at (573) 636-9796 and we can assist you.
Q: Can I schedule appointments for someone else, like my Mother, Daughter or Spouse?
A: Yes, if they have their own internet ID and password, you can with their permission. If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, you must use their ID number and password. They will be responsible for keeping the appointment. Clients should be careful about who they share their information with.
Q: How come I can’t see my appointments at the other Riversong?
A: Each appointment book and related information is location specific. Be sure you are booking at the correct spa, either Jefferson City or Columbia!
Q: I have forgotten my password!
A: You may either phone (573.636-9796) or email Riversong (info@riversongspa.com) and request that your password be reset. We will email you when this has been done along with a temporary password.
