By participating in the Riversong “Prepay. Relax. Win.” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Riversong Spa & Salon (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Enter to Win Period
The enter to win begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

Employees, owners, officers, directors and members of management of Riversong Spa & Salon, along with their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family includes a spouse, parent, child and sibling, including step-relations.

How to Enter With a Gift Card or eGift Purchase
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive entries by purchasing qualifying Riversong Spa & Salon Gift Cards or eGifts.
For every $250 in qualifying Gift Cards or eGifts purchased, the purchaser receives one Sweepstakes entry, subject to the maximum entry limit stated below.
Examples:
$250 in qualifying purchases = 1 entry
$500 in qualifying purchases = 2 entries
$750 in qualifying purchases = 3 entries
$1,000 or more in qualifying purchases = maximum of 4 entries
A maximum of four entries per person is permitted during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods used to enter.
Only the purchaser of the Gift Card or eGift receives the corresponding Sweepstakes entry. The recipient of a Gift Card or eGift does not receive an entry solely because they received the gift.
Qualifying eGifts must be purchased through Riversong Spa & Salon's authorized eGift platform.
Gift Card and eGift purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period. Any purchase that is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back may result in the corresponding Sweepstakes entry being voided.
Each $250 entry threshold must be reached within a single transaction.

Marketing Communications
Providing an email address or phone number for Sweepstakes administration does not require an entrant to subscribe to Riversong marketing communications.

There will be two winners.
Each winner will receive:
Eight 55-minute Swedish massages at Riversong Spa & Salon to be enjoyed during calendar year 2027.
The approximate retail value of each prize is: $832
The description of the prize as “A Year of Massages” refers specifically to the eight 55-minute Swedish massages included in the prize.
The reference to approximately one massage every six weeks is intended only as a suggested way to enjoy the eight massages throughout the year and does not require the winner to schedule massages exactly six weeks apart.
Each winner will receive:

May not be sold or exchanged
Has no cash redemption value
May not be redeemed for cash or Gift Cards
Includes only the specified 55-minute Swedish massages
Does not include service upgrades or add-ons
Does not include gratuity
Is subject to appointment and provider availability
If an upgrade or add-on is permitted by Riversong and selected by the winner, any additional cost will be the responsibility of the winner.
Standard Riversong scheduling, cancellation and no-show policies apply to prize appointments.
Sponsor reserves the right, when reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize or component of a prize with one of equal or greater value.
